About Stacey

Stacey grew up in Cupertino back when there were orchards everywhere! However, she has now lived in Santa Cruz for over 25 years. Her passion has always been serving people! Having a heart for the elderly, her first job was in a convalescent facility, and her last job (prior to becoming a real estate agent) was as a Firefighter and Paramedic in the Silicon Valley for 17 years.

 

Here is her philosophy on her approach to real estate.

 

Stacey is tenacious, focused, energetic, passionate and detailed when it comes to her real estate career. Her main goal is to work hard for her clients to make the transaction as seamless as possible, taking the stress out of the process and exceeding her clients' expectations. She does this through open communication, years of experience, up-to-date market knowledge, follow-through, and a genuine drive to help others! Stacey brings to the table 20 years of her own personal Real Estate Investing experience, which allows her to understand the entire process of buying and selling firsthand and all that is involved. She is dedicated and committed to quality service and embraces and enjoys negotiations.

 

A rare experience Stacey brings to the table is her experience with investing in and flipping homes. She has rehabbed close to 10 homes now.

 

In her spare time, Stacey enjoys the ocean, spending time with her family and watching her boys ride dirt bikes. She loves music, exercise, a campfire and being in nature. She also loves people, her dear friends, a great glass of wine and laughing!
